It occured to me, as I peruse through all the other mom's blogs I check out, that my blog is LAME!!! Not the stories so much, well, larely they've been lame too, but that's more because I'm boring and addicted to Facebook and Triplet Connection, so where in the world would I find time to blog with all that going on? Babies don't change their own diapers either, you know, LOL! One of the other mom's blogs that I frequent recently upgraded her blog to be more centered around her gorgeous little girls. While I still need my outlet to vent when I need to (we have MTWE for pictures and stories and showing off! :)), her redoing her blog made me think, maybe copying her would make me more satisfied with my blog. I got bored of the three columns, which I think it made the whole blog too busy. Also, because the main post area was small to allow for the additional sidebar, the text was small and the post stretched on for forever. The header is plain and boring. And The Cutest Blog on the Block only has a limited amount of 3-colomn backgrounds. I'm going to be working on a snazzy new header too, complete with picture and all. Of course, I don't know when I'll find time to do all this... Babies don't change their own diapers, you know. ;) But through trial and error I will get it at some point and snazz it all up. I have been thinking a lot about taking an HTML/coding class or whatever is out there, but not only are we too poor, but I don't think I could squeeze it into my schedule with all the different therapies I have right now, LOL
Anyway, please just bear with me and the "look and feel" of my blog as it's in the midst of a small overhaul.
Oh yeah; I've been thinking of changing the title to coincide with the Mandiemonium address but am having a rough time coming up with something funny, cute adn spunky that fits. Comment me if you have an idea; I'd love to hear it and will consider everyone's suggestion, no matter how silly or simple. :)

ReplyDeleteor how 'bout: "My Gated Community"? Just a couple ideas for new names I'm throwing out there. Let me know what everyone thinks... I am trying to stay original, too; I don't want to inadvertantly rip anyone off either.
I'm so jealous of you new blog background! I need to find a new one. Mine's very lame and simple. I like My Gated Community. I like the B's idea, but shorter, like just one of the first three and Bedlam. I was also thinking Infanity Insanity, but your kids aren't infants and infanity isn't an actual word! LOL ;-)
